Before your visit

Pickup policy: Please pick up your dog within 30 minutes after grooming is finished. A $25 late-pickup fee applies after this window.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, your deposit is non-refundable.

Read cancellation & late arrival details

When an appointment is missed or canceled without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to offer that time to another client.

Grooms will be accepted until 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the owner will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

To ensure your pet receives the one-to-one attention they deserve, punctuality is important. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may forfeit your deposit or, if we can still accommodate you, a late fee of $20 may be imposed.

Our terms of service also contain appointment policies. Please contact us if you need clarification.
